Have you thought about becoming a Gaia Ambassador? (Learn More...) Our Ambassadors are community leaders who help Gaia Community, and its members, to grow and flourish, connect and dream. They help others feel at home here, and encourage them to be the change they wish to see. They invite friends (and strangers) who they think might appreciate, and contribute to, the energy. They're committed to being a beacon of love, service and enthusiasm, both online and out in their own communities. In short, they're quintessential Gaia members who've offered to be of service on the site. As part of our Ambassador application process, we ask our lovely members a few questions. Check out the amazing responses! What do you love most about Gaia Community? What does "being the change" mean to you? How are you being the change *you* wish to see?It is my belief that “Being the change” means being accountable with personal integrity to notice how to create more peace, joy, love, kindness and patience in the world for the best of all. I am “being the change” I wish to see by opening my Heart, noticing judgments and refraining from using those judgments to PUSH my way through to “make my way”, listen carefully, read carefully, respond in love as much as I am conscious to do so as opposed to reacting in fear with from a place of emotional reactions and accepting differences with consideration and kindness. It is my passion to mirror back as much love as possible and be open to clarifying understandings to the best of my ability when I am not creating this with others. I believe in the power of graceful love to solve gaps in understanding. What's your personal philosophy or purpose? What are your deepest values? As a painter, I believe that everything is dependent on perspective. The way we view things. What we focus on. This is my philosophy. You can always find the best way to view a situation, person, etc. depending on where and what you choose to focus.
