Your victory is so close, you can easily draw a smiley face on any obstacle in front of you -- as it fades before your effort, persistence and talent.

Success in life can be reached equally by two different ways -- a positive, creative mind leading to a stronger, healthier body or a strong, healthy body leading to a more creative, more positive mind. Either way, or in combination of both ways, there are two rules:
1) Begin 2) Continue.
Do better those things you already do well and nothing else will matter.
Question: What are the five things that enabled you to be successful?
Answer: If we define success as the ability to make a living doing what I do, I’d say the following:
1. No ulterior motive. I rarely do A as a calculated tactic to get B. I do A because I believe in A, or it excites me or it’s the right thing to do. That’s it. No secret agendas.
2. I don’t think my audience owes me anything. It’s always their turn.
3. I’m in a hurry to make mistakes and get feedback and get that next idea out there. I’m not in a hurry, at all, to finish the “bigger” project, to get to the finish line.
4. I do things where I actually think I’m right, as opposed to where I think succeeding will make me successful. When you think you’re right, it’s more fun and your passion shows through.
5. I’ve tried to pare down my day so that the stuff I actually do is pretty well leveraged. That, and I show up. Showing up is underrated.
There are three book titles you will never see: "Finding Happiness by Sitting on Your Couch Waiting for It", "Finding Happiness by Pleasing Everyone", and "Finding Happiness by Pretending To Be Someone You Are Not"!
Your desires for BIG success, joy and relationships have their place. Yet, do not allow the BIG to distract you from the smaller, everyday successes, joys and relationships -- available every moment.
Also, giving your best for the smaller successes, joys and relationships will make your life full and will make you deserving of the BIG, regardless of the actual outcome.
"No one can change another person’s beliefs. But you can be accepting of his beliefs and then slowly build an influence for the other person to change himself."
The entrepreneur builds an enterprise; the technician builds a job.
The entrepreneur is our visionary, the creator in each of us. We're born with that quality and it defines our lives as we respond to what we see, hear, feel, and experience. It is developed, nurtured, and given space to flourish or is squelched, thwarted, without air or stimulation, and dies.
Over the years, the U.S. economy has shown a remarkable ability to absorb shocks of all kinds, to recover, and to continue to grow.
Most entrepreneurs enter into their self employment venture with the education of an employee.
The Door of Success is opened with the "key of education". Education is found in many ways, and does not always include awards, certificates or degrees.
Your success in life and work will be determined by the kinds of habits that you develop over time. The habit of setting priorities, overcoming procrastination, and getting on with your most important task is a mental and physical skill. As such, this habit is learnable through practice and repetition, over and over again, until it locks into your subsconscious mind and becomes a permanent part of your behaviour.
To laugh often and much;
To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children;
To earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends;
To appreciate beauty, to find the best in others;
To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition;
To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived.
This is to have succeeded.
(Please note that although this quote has always been attributed to Emerson, it has never been located within any of his work.)
"The difference between try and triumph is a little umph."
Know that there's enough room for everyone
to be passionate, creative & successful.
In fact, there's more than room for everyone;
there is a need for everyone.
"May I share with you a formula that in my judgment will help you and help me to journey well through mortality... First, fill your mind with truth; second, fill your life with service; and third, fill your heart with love."
Brand inside is more important than brand outside for sustained success.
If you want to be successful, never laugh!
Taxation is the price we pay for failing to build a civilized society. The higher the tax level, the greater the failure. A centrally planned totalitarian state represents a complete defeat for the civilized world, while a totally voluntary society represents its ultimate success.
When Doing becomes infused with the timeless quality of being that is success.
"God doesn't require us to succeed; He only requires us to try."
To achieve what you've never achieved before, you need to do what you've never done before
"Our highest aspirations are our greatest possibilities"
Too often, we try to fit in with the crowd. We play it safe. But innovation is about taking risks while being true to you. This takes confidence. And it takes the belief that your “style” is what the world needs and wants. Yes, taking this risk may help you stand out. More importantly, it may be the ticket to your success.
